Reservation Policy

*There is a $12.28 per night Resort Fee added which includes Continental Breakfast, Free Wireless Internet in room, Free use of lobby desktop with Internet, free copies and faxes at front desk, Cable television, use of in-room safe, local phone calls and use of Beach Towels.
*Please contact the hotel on day of arrival, if arrival is after 11pm.
*A VALID major credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. First nights room & tax will be charged as a deposit at the time of booking.
* If the credit card is INVALID or expired, or if we are unable to charge the deposit, the reservation will be cancelled.
* Rates do not include 14% tax.
* Rates are based double occupancy. Extra person charges may apply.
* Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
* Check in time is 3:00 and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
* No pets allowed.
* Cancellation/change policy: Should cancel/change 72 hours prior to the arrival date, in order to get a full refund on your first night deposit.Policy may change based on Special Events dates or Promotions.

Airport Shuttle is complementary ONLY from the MIA Airport to the Hotel, please contact the hotel for further information.
If you cancel one or more nights where a "Special Event Minimum Night Restriction" is in placed no refunds will be given.
