Regarding delivery of packages to our hotel: The Lorraine hotel receives up to a maximum of 6 packages  per confirmed room as a courtesy. 

The Lorraine Hotel  volunteers to store them to the best of its ability. The Lorraine hotel is not responsible for keeping, tracking, or delivering the packages before, during, or after the guest's stay. As a guest, you are using the hotel's address as a place for your mail to be delivered but, if you chose to do this, you understand these rules, although the hotel will be cooperative in trying to keep your mail organized, the Lorraine Hotel  will not be responsible for your deliveries, missing or lost packages.
